Jarsking Studio — Packaging design & OBM
Guangzhou, since 2003
One idea.
A whole shelf.
Jarsking Studio turns a conversation into a product you can hold, a box you can ship, and a range you can extend next season. Design, engineering and manufacturing come from one team.
PACKAGING FOR GOOD, DESIGNED FOR GROWTH
02 — WHERE IT STARTS
We ask questions, not for an order.
Every project begins with a working session: your product, your market, your price point, the brand you are building. Nothing is quoted yet. Everything that follows is built out of that conversation, which is why our proposals rarely need a second direction.
OBM — original brand manufacturing — means one partner designs your product, engineers it for production, and manufactures it.

03 — MOODBOARD & CMF
We give you a direction, not a menu.
Studio builds a curated visual direction from the brief — materials, finishes, colors and forms tuned to where your product will sit on shelf. Color, material and finish are specified as one system across the whole range, so your first SKU and your sixth look like they came from the same house. A custom moodboard and CMF proposal takes 2 to 4 weeks.
BRIEF → MOODBOARD → CMF STRATEGY → 3D RENDER → PROTOTYPE
04 — THE BUSINESS PROPOSAL
A plan you can decide on.
You do not receive loose files. Every Studio proposal is one complete, costed, buildable solution with six parts, quoted as a single bundled price with no separate design fee for production programs.
- 01Strategy brief — category, channel, consumer, price point
- 02Product direction — capacity combinations and line structure
- 03System design — industrial design and CMF
- 04Full packaging system — cartons, gift boxes, bags, labels
- 05Base visual assets — key visuals and product imagery
- 06Sampling and production path — how it is built, and how long it takes

Design and engineering at the same house.
Most beautiful concepts die in the handoff between the studio that drew them and the factory that has to make them. Ours do not have a handoff. Industrial design and feasibility are developed together, by people who share a building with the mold shop, so the drawing you approve is already the drawing that can be cut.

06 — PROTOTYPE
Then we put it in your hands.
Before a single mold is cut, you hold a 3D-printed prototype. Size, proportion and how it reads on a shelf at arm’s length are decided with the object in front of you, not in a render. Real samples to fill and test come from the mold.

07 — ONE PLATFORM, MANY PRODUCTS
Your second product should not start from zero.
Most brands design SKU one, launch it, then start again for SKU two. We design the platform instead of the product. One structural base carries the hero size, the travel size, the gift set, the seasonal edition and the line extension — so every launch deepens the brand instead of restarting it, and customers recognize you on sight.
It also changes your economics. SKUs that share a mold share its cost, and a range built on one platform reaches shelf faster each time you extend it.

Not a bottle. Not a design file. A shelf-ready, extensible brand.
08 — STUDIO CONCEPTS · A GROWING LIBRARY
Every concept is a system.
These are original concepts designed by Jarsking Studio. We develop them to show what a full Studio proposal contains — brief, moodboard, CMF strategy, 3D render and prototype path — and to prove the capability before a brand commits to it. Look at any one of them and you will see the same thing: not a bottle, but a system that extends.
CLICK A FRAME TO VIEW THE FULL PROPOSAL. NEW CONCEPTS ARE ADDED TO THE LIBRARY REGULARLY. EVERY PROJECT IS AN IN-HOUSE STUDIO CONCEPT; CLIENT WORK IS COVERED BY CONFIDENTIALITY.
09 — BACKED BY REAL MANUFACTURING
Every design is guaranteed buildable.
Behind Jarsking Studio is a working manufacturing operation, not a network of strangers. Jarsking owns its glass, plastic injection, mold, decoration and carton workshops across 100,000 m² in Guangzhou. Specialty components and peak capacity come from a vetted partner network held to one standard. Whatever the part, you deal with one project manager and receive one coordinated delivery.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before they start
What is OBM packaging?
OBM — original brand manufacturing — means one partner designs your product, engineers it for production and manufactures it. Jarsking Studio works this way: you receive a finished, buildable product solution rather than a design file you then have to get quoted by a factory.
How is Jarsking Studio different from a packaging design agency?
A design agency hands you drawings and stops. Jarsking Studio designs and then builds, because it sits inside Jarsking Packaging’s own factories. Feasibility is settled while the design is still being drawn, so the concept you approve is one that can be tooled.
How long does a packaging design project take?
A custom moodboard and CMF proposal takes 2 to 4 weeks. A full program from concept to delivery runs 84 to 110 days, plus roughly 35 to 40 days of sea freight. Timelines begin once design files and deposit are received.
What does a Jarsking Studio proposal include?
Six parts: a strategy brief, product direction, system design covering industrial design and CMF, the full packaging system including cartons and gift boxes, base visual assets, and the sampling and production path. It is quoted as one bundled price with no separate design fee for production programs.
Do you charge a separate design fee?
Not when we manufacture your product. For production programs, design is included in one bundled price, quoted at 10,000, 20,000 or 50,000 set tiers. If you need design only — a proposal or packaging design without mass production — or a different kind of collaboration, we quote the design work separately, case by case.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. Custom tooling is quoted per project.
Can you design a full product range, not just one item?
Yes, and that is the method. Jarsking Studio designs a structural platform rather than a single product, so the hero size, travel size, gift set, seasonal edition and line extension all share one design DNA and, where possible, one mold.
What categories do you design for?
Skincare, fragrance, makeup, body and hair care, pet care, baby care, pharma and wellness, and gift sets.
Are the projects on your site real client work?
The concepts shown are original designs developed in-house by Jarsking Studio to demonstrate the full proposal process. Client work is covered by confidentiality.
Where is Jarsking Studio based?
Guangzhou, China, with offices in Dubai and Los Angeles. Jarsking has manufactured cosmetic packaging since 2003.
