This website is run by Guangzhou Jiaxing Glass Products Co., Ltd. (广州佳兴玻璃制品有限公司), trading as Jarsking Packaging. Jarsking Studio is the packaging design and OBM studio of Jarsking Packaging. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

What this site is
This site presents the Studio’s design and OBM services, how we work and a selection of our concept work. It is written for businesses, such as brand owners, product developers and buyers. It is not an online shop, and it is not intended for consumers.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Enquiries, proposals and quotations
- Sending an enquiry through the site does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to go ahead.
- Our proposals and quotations are invitations to agree a project, valid for the period stated on them. A project becomes binding only when it is confirmed in a separate written contract, purchase order or proforma invoice.
- Scope, price, timelines, payment and ownership of the resulting designs are set in that project contract. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.
- Design work is included in the price of our production programs. Design-only work, and other forms of cooperation, are quoted separately, case by case.
Figures, timelines and product information
Figures on this site, such as lead times, minimum order quantities and capacities, describe typical projects. The figures that apply to your project are the ones confirmed in writing in your proposal or contract.
Colors on screen are approximate. Dimensions, capacities and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. Once you approve a physical sample, that sample, not the website, defines what is made.
Certificates and test reports apply only to the companies, sites, materials and products named on each document. Ask us for the current copy that covers your project.
Concept work shown on this site
Unless a project is clearly labeled as client work, the concepts shown on this site, such as MOOD//STONE, are original concepts created in house by Jarsking Studio to show the range of our design work. They are not client projects, and the brand names used in them are concept names created by the Studio.
These concepts remain our property. Please do not copy or produce them. If a concept suits your brand, we can develop it for you under a written agreement.
Intellectual property
The text, images, drawings, films, concepts, logos and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own use when assessing a project with us. Any other use, including copying, adapting or republishing our content, needs our written permission.
“Jarsking”, “Jarsking Studio” and our logos identify our business. Please do not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.
Designs, drawings and briefs you send us remain yours. We treat them as confidential and use them only to assess and answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project. Ownership of the designs the Studio creates for you is agreed in your project contract.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, please do not:
- break any law, or use the site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server or any account;
- upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code, or files you do not have the right to share;
- send automated or bulk enquiries, or copy the site with automated tools in a way that puts a load on it;
- pretend to be another person or company.
We may block access, or delete enquiries, that break these rules.
Links and embedded content
The site links to other websites, including jarsking.com, and plays our film through YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Availability and changes to the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
Liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”, for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibilities for design work and supplied goods are set in the project contract, not in these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes about them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent people’s court in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
