SERVICES — PACKAGING DESIGN & OBM

Packaging design services, built for production.

Jarsking Studio designs packaging for beauty, personal care, pet care and wellness brands, and Jarsking Packaging manufactures it. One team takes your product from the brief to moodboard, CMF, structure and a prototype, then into tooling and production. A moodboard and CMF proposal takes 2 to 4 weeks. A full program runs 84 to 110 days from concept to delivery.

01 — BY CATEGORY

Seven categories. Each with its own rules.

A serum, a perfume and a dog shampoo each ask something different of their packaging. Each category below covers what the formula needs from its pack, what the shelf expects, and which materials and closures fit, with the Studio concepts we designed for it.

02 — HOW TO WORK WITH US

Two ways to work with the Studio.

Most brands come to us for a complete program: design and manufacturing together. Some need the design work on its own. Both begin with the same conversation.

03 — WHAT YOU RECEIVE

One proposal. Six parts. Ready to decide on.

A Studio proposal is not a folder of loose files. It is one complete, costed and buildable solution, so you can decide on the product, the price and the timeline together.

04 — WHO DOES THE WORK

Three disciplines at one table.

Strategy, design and engineering work on your project at the same time, not one after another. The concept you approve has already been checked for tooling, cost and compliance.

  2. 02

The moodboard and CMF proposal arrives in 2 to 4 weeks. The six-part proposal follows, with one bundled price.

  3. 03

When your design needs a new mold, you hold a 3D-printed prototype before the mold is cut. On an existing mold, you get real samples to fill, test and refine.

  4. 04

Tooling takes 30 to 45 days. Production samples are checked and approved before the full production run, and you receive one coordinated delivery.

  5. 05

Your next SKU builds on the same platform: a travel size, a gift set, a seasonal edition or a line extension.

Timelines begin once design files and deposit are received. Complex or fully custom programs are quoted individually.

06 — DESIGN THE RANGE, NOT THE ITEM

We design platforms, so your next product starts ahead.

Instead of one bottle, we design a structural platform that can carry a hero size, a travel size, a gift set, a seasonal edition and a line extension. SKUs that share a mold share its cost, and every new launch strengthens the look customers already know.

07 — BACKED BY MANUFACTURING AND TESTING

Designed where it is made.

The Studio works inside Jarsking Packaging, a cosmetic packaging manufacturer since 2003. Jarsking owns its glass, plastic injection, mold, decoration and carton workshops across 100,000 m² in Guangzhou. Specialty components come from a vetted partner network held to the same standard. You deal with one project manager and receive one coordinated delivery.

08 — QUESTIONS

Questions buyers ask about our packaging design services

What do your packaging design services include?

A strategy brief, product direction, industrial design and CMF, the full packaging system (cartons, gift boxes, bags and labels), base visual assets, and a sampling and production path. In a production program, sampling, tooling, manufacturing and delivery follow from the same team.

In a production program, design is included in one bundled price, quoted at 10,000, 20,000 or 50,000 sets, so there is no separate design fee. Design-only work is quoted case by case once we understand the scope.

Jarsking Studio owns the concepts it develops itself, including every concept shown on this site. For a client's own project, the client and Jarsking Studio discuss ownership and confirm it in signed legal documents.

Because feasibility, cost and tooling are settled while the design is still being drawn. Jarsking Studio sits inside Jarsking Packaging's own workshops, so the concept you approve is one that can be made, and one partner stays responsible from the drawing to the delivery.

Five: talk to us, get your proposal, sample and validate, pilot and produce, and extend the line. When a design needs a new mold, you approve a 3D-printed prototype before the mold is cut, and approve production samples before the full run.

A moodboard and CMF proposal takes 2 to 4 weeks. Tooling takes 30 to 45 days. A full program runs 84 to 110 days from concept to delivery, plus 35 to 40 days by sea. Timelines begin once design files and deposit are received.

10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. When a design needs its own mold, MOQ is 30,000 to 50,000 units per SKU, confirmed per project.

Yes. We can build the design on Jarsking's existing molds and customize color, finish and decoration. It is the fastest route to shelf and keeps MOQ at 10,000 units per SKU. A new mold is the right choice when the shape itself is the brand.

Yes. Testing is planned per market: for example the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and REACH for Europe, TPCH model legislation and California Proposition 65 for the US, and 16 CFR §1700.20 for child-resistant packaging. Reports are available on request.

No. Every project shown is an original concept developed in-house by Jarsking Studio. Client proposals stay confidential.
